HOW TO APPLY

Our admissions process is designed to be relational, not transactional. We want to know your family, and we want you to know us.

  • Reach Out. Begin with a conversation. Schedule a meeting and campus tour, send us a message, or give us a call. 252-497-8783
  • Submit Your Application. Complete the ADI enrollment application through DreamClass.
  • Submit Required Documents. Once your application is received, we’ll request: birth certificate, current immunization records, most recent academic records, and any IEPs, 504 plans, or special learning documentation (if applicable).
  • Family Interview. Meet with our Executive Director or Lead Educator for a family interview. This is a conversation, not an exam.
  • Acceptance and Enrollment. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a welcome packet and instructions to complete enrollment. The enrollment fee secures your student’s place for the 2026-2027 school year.

Our campus is at The Father’s Refuge in Fort Barnwell, NC. Our mailing address is 9210 NC-55, Dover, NC 28526.

ADI serves K-12 across three pathways. On-campus is K-8 with paired-grade classrooms. Hybrid and Online are K-12 for families anywhere.

Our core curriculum is BJU Press CCO/Trove, with Singapore Math for mathematics and Spectrum and Carson Dellosa Education materials supplementing where they strengthen specific subjects. Every curriculum choice is integrated with biblical worldview teaching across all subjects.

ADI is a registered participating school with the NC State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA) and operates as a ministry of The Father’s Heritage, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are pursuing additional accreditation through recognized Christian school associations.

As soon as possible. Class sizes are limited and applying early locks in the lowest application fee.

Mid-year enrollment is considered case-by-case based on grade level, academic fit, and available space.

On-Campus students attend in person at Fort Barnwell. Hybrid families learn at home with ADI’s curriculum and join us on campus for chapel, enrichment, and community life. Online families learn fully online with self-paced curriculum and live virtual sessions.

Yes. Our Hybrid pathway is built specifically for homeschool families. You teach at home, and we come alongside you, not in place of you.
